- Bert's - a dining option in Talbert Hall (1990s - 2020)
- Mrs. Rich's Corner Cafe - a corner food option in NSC since replaced by Bulls on the Run (mid-2000s - 2020)
- Rachel's Mediterranean Grill - once located inside The Commons
Stores
- CVS in The Commons - a CVS Pharmacy store located in The Commons (1991-2022)
- UB Greek Store - an apparel shop inside The Commons
